Football Bet Data Review

What is the product about?

Football Bet Data gives users access to their database and tools which provide historical information on over 60 football leagues.

What is the product?

There are three levels of access to Football Bet Data and each level provides you with higher access to products. At the most basic level you can expect access to Football Bet Data’s extensive database which covers outcomes, goals scored etc. for games going as far back as 1997. Along with the database you are given Football Bet Data’s predictions. This is likely to be enough for the average punter but if you want to get more in depth there are options for a Betfair trading formula that you can drop directly into Microsoft Excel and also Prediction Portal, this is the same software that Football Bet Data uses to obtain their predictions. This is mostly of use if you were looking to start developing your own system and needed real in depth statistics.

What is the investment vs. the rate of return?

For the basic access (which covers the database and predictions) you can subscribe for a monthly cost of £3.29 or alternatively you can purchase a year upfront for a discount bringing the cost down to £29.99. The Betfair trading system will cost you an additional £12.95 and the Prediction Portal costs £29.99. It is worth noting that unfortunately Football Bet Data do not provide any money back guarantee. In terms of the returns on your investment there is definite potential to profit us1ing Football Bet Data, but they don’t provide any figures to highlight what you can expect. Having said that, I think that in order to really make money using Football Bet Data you would already have to have an interest in football so it is worth keeping that in mind.

Does the product provide value for money?

I believe that the basic service provides excellent value but I am less convinced by the additional aspects of Football Bet Data.

What isn’t to like? There is a lot going on with Football Bet Data and what is good to be frank seems to be exceptional. With an existing interest in football there is definitely room to make money using Football Bet Data’s database. I am not so convinced by the predictions as I think there are a lot of different factors in play with football that no software can really calculate. The historical data though is invaluable to a seasoned bettor who can utilise this to reinforce their current knowledge. Another point worth making is that there is nothing to show that the Betfair trading software or Prediction Portal are actually correct. Some proofing would have gone a long way to alleviating these doubts but alas, there is none.
